Delivery

We record your order and its status up to handover, and we arrange delivery our own way, confirming the details with you directly after you order. We do not run a courier module, so the timing and any charge are agreed with you for your location.

We supply households across Pakistan and larger orders for organisations, and we will tell you what to expect for your area when we confirm your order. For anything time sensitive, the quickest way to reach us is on the contact page or WhatsApp.

Because we handle fulfilment ourselves rather than through a courier module, we stay in touch with you from the moment you order until the goods are in your hands. We record each order and its status up to handover, so both of us can see where it stands, and we agree a time that suits you. Larger orders for organisations are scheduled around your site and your working hours.

Please make sure the phone number and address you give at checkout are correct and reachable, since we confirm the handover with you directly before anything is sent. If your address or your preferred time changes, let us know on the contact page or WhatsApp and we will adjust the arrangement.
