Returns and refunds

This is a health product, so sealed and unopened packs may be returned in their original condition within seven days of handover, provided they have not been tampered with. Opened packs cannot be returned for safety reasons, unless the item is faulty.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, tell us within forty eight hours of handover and we will put it right, either a replacement or a refund. Please keep the packaging and, where possible, a photograph.

Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid with. To start a return, reach us on the contact page with your order number and what went wrong.

If you receive the wrong item, or a pack arrives damaged or is missing from your order, tell us within forty eight hours of handover with your order number and, where possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement of the correct item or a refund, whichever suits you, and put our own mistake right at no further cost to you.

Since we arrange handover ourselves rather than through a courier module, we will also agree with you how an approved return is collected or brought back, so sending an item back is as straightforward as receiving it.
